As Vault’s CXO, Michael leads the experience strategy vision that brings together customer intelligence, digital innovation, and design to deliver an exceptional customer experience. He has 25 years in experience design, working with powerhouses like Coca-Cola, Bank of America, CVS, Dodge, and Proctor and Gamble. He also holds multiple patents in digital innovation strategies within the financial services industry. Michael studied art at St. John’s University and product innovation at NYU. His unique career started in comics on titles, such as X-Men and Captain America. From time to time, he can still be found with a sketchbook in hand.
